Had plenty of experience restoring and racing 90s karts, but not bikes, so I honestly don't know if it's worn or not? Also, it makes sense that i replace the ball bearings too, so if you happen to have new ones, happy both take both off you?

That's a 1990-1993 era 7 speed hyperglide cassette so as long as your freehub is fine this will slide on - minimal use this has had

I've also just taken a 7spd cassette off some wheels if Jez's isn't suitable. I'll check the type later.
