I'd agree with what's been said, clean and clear coat.

Then brooks and chrome with a tasteful rack.

There's some good stuff on freshtripe.
 
I've been watching that frame from the start and the ol' trigger finger came close to hitting the buy button...

Please don't clear coat and please don't add a tasteful rack! (unless that means a Jim Blackburn rack)

Deserves a proper paint job in my humble, (if unsolicited) opinion :LOL:

I was thinking of a nice metallic cherry red paint for this, and then go with silver components (probably some MT60).

£150 is a good price.
