Never built, so cannot vouch for the shock or bearings. Buy as though they need attending to. There is a very slight dent in the down tube (just below the "G" in the second photo above), but is nothing to worry about. Frame and welds all look good.
Previous owner started to polish, and looks like it will come up quite nicely. Start from the ground up, and this could turn into a nice wee build.
