YES and NO but manly no - 80's bikes are more favorable and new school is always wanted
with the 80's bmx was popular - in the 90's it was less, but at the same time manufactures started to use cheaper parts - mass production with chiwanesse place's were used and so the bike became heavy and poorly made - some top brands still made top bikes, but Mongoose, Diamondback, Haro to name some saw more of a market in cheaper kids bikes to make the money up for the lack of top bike being sold
this is where your bike fits in - looks clean and all there - trouble is it's not that sort after - it would look cool resto'd back up to org spec
i would say around £35-£65 depending on what needs doing to it / a wash and a good photo and write up
