CBS\Tony Hoar c. 1980

I picked this up from the original owner, it's a 531 frame and fork with Campy dropouts and pantographed stays. Apparently he bought it as a frameset around 1980. It's a bit banged up but straight, no dents or cracks. The BB is pretty strange.

Am I missing something? Where does Tony Hoar come into this? Not heard of CBS before, is it a Canadian brand that TH was involved with?

Apparently Hoar used CBS (Canadian Bicycle Specialists) frames on his bikes. And yes, none of my BB tools fit that unit.

Re:

Hammer and punch will get it out. Or a good masonary nail if you cant get a punch in there

Will a Canadian frame have a right or left hand thread on the fixed cup side?
