Yes its an entry level sports model proably a `talisman` model p10 1982 - ish . Can you read the serial number on the base of the bottom bracket ( prob begins with a B and then 7 numbers ? , the first number is the year of manufacture so possibly a 2 ? . Even the low level bikes were great value as they had race geometry and innovations like internal brazing that gave those really clean lugless lines even thought it prob weighs a ton !.
