Road Bike Identification

Hello, I'm new here because I need your help to identify a bike I recently bought. I have no idea what brand or model it is because there are no stickers on the frame, maybe smoone painted it and did a good job. I started taking it apart because I'm going to clean and polish the parts anyway and used this oportunity to take detailed photos of the individual parts.

Not sure we have any specialists in Austrian or German bikes on here.
At a very rough guess, I'd say it's maybe a Puch or perhaps a Schauff.

The rear drop outs and derailleur hanger are quite distinctive looking,
maybe take it into an older local bike shop - someone might recognise it.

Seems like a decent enough bike, don't chuck too much money at it, just build it up, ride and enjoy

I have already cleaned, polished and put it back together, it's a good bike. I asked in this forum because I suspect that it isn't an Austrian bike, more like something from France or Italy. If nobody can recognize the frame it's ok for me too. Thank you for the reply.
