Campag bar end shifters - 9 speed?

I'm putting together a time trial bike with a few bits and bobs that have been lying around, mainly Campag 9 speed. I may end up using Shimano bar end shifters on friction setting, but has anyone seen 9 speed indexed Campag bar end shifters? After much googling, I've found none - plenty of 10 and 11 speed, but no 9 speed. Does such a thing exist?
 
Yes:
- '98 & '99: SL-09BECG
- '00 & '01: SL99-BE09CG

NB Only compatible with "original" 9 speed derailleurs, not the redesigned version that came with the introduction of 10 speed.

I suppose if I were to find older 10 speed shifters, it looks like replacing the ratchet for a 9 speed one would convert them then? Seems to be someone on eBay.com selling 9 speed ratchets.

Run them on my TT bike. I never really liked 10spd for some reason so I went back to 9. Work lovely.
