Steel frame vintage road bike

jwills

Retro Newbie
Wondering how much this is worth. I've been on a few of the forums and it doesn't seem to be a legit Colnago... But still a good quality steel frame copy with Shimano 105 components.

I want to sell it to pay for new gears and a full service of my vintage Raleigh racing bike. It fits me better and I prefer it.

Thanks for the help!

Joe

Don't know anything about Colnagos
Nice lugs, but if it's been resprayed and you don't know the material it's difficult to say what it's worth.
Like everything, it's only worth what someone will pay for it.
See what the components are going for and add a suitable amount for the frame

Nice frame either way.
Check the seatpost size and see if there are any stampings or frame numbers anywhere, rear dropouts, BB etc. Is the BB Italian or British threading?
That sort of stuff might give a better idea.
This thread should really be in the ' Road Bike How Much Thread' located here : viewtopic.php?f=12&t=46710
