Retro 105 groupset - advice please

Looking for some wise insight please......today I rescued a very nice 753 steel frame made in the late 1980s. It is completely original but in need of full restoration. Which is what I am planning to do. It came with a 105 groupset which I'm guessing is also original, an early STI 7-speed double setup. Chainset is 52/42, 105 SLX brakes, double front and short cage rear mechs. My intention with the bike is to ride L'Eroica in UK and some equivalents in Europe and as my ageing body no longer appreciates grinding up mountains in a 42 by 24 gear, I will be fitting another groupset I already own which has a triple. Anyway, my question is whether the 105 (1055) group has any value to collectors/retro fans? It is actually in very good nick but in just a couple of places the finish is bubbling a little.

Re:

If it's the champagne coloured 105SC group probably £100-200 depending on condition and what's included. A good and popular groupset.
