I recently bought a Hugh Porter frame from Gumtree. I think it's late 70's early 80's. I'm puzzled because the seat stays seem quite crude and not up to the same standard of other Hugh Porter frames I've seen on the internet. I would be grateful if anyone can shed some light on this for me!
