I've got a touring bike which was hand built to the customers spec at the Fred Williams shop in 1982. Reynolds 531, nice spear point lugs and forged drop outs. I found some info about Fred Williams being a well regarded shop and builder. There's some information suggesting that Bob Jackson was building their frames at one point but also that Fred Williams built some of the Henry Burton frames.
I'll post up some pics over the weekend but does anyone have any ideas who was building Fred Williams frames in the early 80's?
