Dont know where else to put this as they are kids bikes

I have a couple of the above just wonder if they're worth hanging on to

Is this the baby brother to the RSW 16?

I've got an RSW 16 that I use as a hack at work. It's bulletproof, heavy and reliable. It would be down to whether your kids want a heavy old bike from the late 60's or a new mountain bike with full suspension.
 
The RSW (Raleigh Small Wheel) 14 was indeed the smaller version of the more grown up RSW16. Available as a single speed. A Raleigh 18 was available with single or 3-speed.
