frame head tube size

what frames have a headtube to suit forks with a 130mm steerer? iv just bout some alloy forks but the steerer is to short for my puch frame, they are really nice forks and before i have to sell them if i could find a frame id build a bike.

makers of small frame road bikes... there are too many to list! All the big names will have made small frames, as would custom / boutique companies.

By how much is your alloy fork too short for the Puch frame? If it's just a few millimetres you might get away with a lower stack height headset, or even just removing the washer between the top nut and the top race or cup (I know this not recommended but sometimes it's the only way)!?
 
I've just measured the forks that came of a 48cm Hewitt TT frame I had, with a 9cm headtube and they are 13cm, so there's your answer. Original headset was a Campagnolo Chorus threaded, so you may be able to save a few mm with something slimmer
