I have been trying to ID a frame which seems to have a very low number located on the DT socket of the BB. I have seen a F W Evan's with a number here and think I have seen this on one Roy Thame in the past. Are there any other makes that regularly numbered their frames here?
Looking at the rest of the frame it seems to be early 80's and I don't think this is an angle marking as its stamped in and the angle between the seat and down tube is ~60 deg.
