To paint or not to paint

Afternoon,

I realise that this is very much down to individual opinion but I would appreciate your view…..

I have a early 90’s/ late 80’s Peugeot Black Mamba ( see post New (Old) Bike)

The bike is as good as original but the paint is pitted by service level rust in places. This is essentially not a problem as I don’t think that it is detrimental to the bike it just looks a little tatty.

I can also appreciate that respraying a bike with more heritage could be a conundrum but I do not really know much about the Peugeot range of bike, as my background (I suppose) is Kona’s.

The only decal I would be going with is a new Reynolds 531 decal (£4.95 delivered)

So over to you guys – any comments welcome!

Mark

think touch up paint and some t-cut is your friend here.....

gotta be black really doesn't it.

Or you could have a white black mamba just to mix things up a bit. :)
