I have couple pictures at home pc, I believe it´s original made for some racer or Klein employee.

The serial is normal late 1991- early 1992 serial number.
Klein used serial like that after they changed it from rear dropout to under the BB shell.
The paint looks a bit like it was painted by someone else than Klein or it is a prototype/one-off variation of Storm paintjob.
