think the ones you are talking about are magura bolt, they get used quite alot on ktm's aswell, kind of a nasty yellow-green colour? alloy, used in low stress areas.

yep -venhill made them and there were used in the magura`s as well,i have them on my american in places and always call it venhill gold instead of gold so people know the difference

Bolts
Yes got some too, weird weird colour, yellow/gold/green? as hard and tough as Aluminium gets? They have asooth but very matt and hard finish to them.
Let me know if you source any?
