Hi all,
I got my Leader fork yesterday and spent all of yesterday evening disassembling it and cleaning each part.
Question: There is a grey coloured lubricant between the aluminum bearings and plastic bushings. The bolts that hold it together are steel. I almost want to guess it's a teflon based lubricant, but I'm only saying that, because it's the same colour as some of my frying pans.
I want to ensure I get the best lube for the job, so the big question is..
"What lubricant is best used between aluminum, plastic and steel?"
Many thanks!
Mark
