I bought this pretty rare Colnago MTB on the forum a few weeks ago at a very fair price including its original XT groupset. Frame dates from 1990 and is, of course, in steel. I had it powder coated and treated it to new decals and built wheels onto the lovely XT hubs. So here it is ready for its first ride but I have a confession......I have spent 50 years riding road bikes and never even tried a MTB! I own several ‘proper’ bikes including three beautiful Colnagos but I am really looking forward to trying the dark side of cycling. Wish me luck.......
