Orange F14 aluminium rigid forks

I have just been offered a set of Orange F14 aluminium forks off a colleague who bought them ages ago as part of a job lot, he doesn't know much about them, as do I.
He says they are very light and have the Brake on the reverse side of the fork.

Can anyone tell me when they were built, and what model Orange they are off.

;)

Re:

Pretty sure F14's are just what they started calling the aluminium forks they made around 94/5. Before that they were just called aluminium forks from memory and were standard fit on the Elite. If they do have the brake studs on the rear that would suggest late 90's to me as they did the same to the F7 steel forks.

Thanks for the info brocklanders :D

I've also found a little more info through the search button.

Don't know why I didn't think of that sooner

Re:

Yep just the aluminium fork before that naming (also standard fork for a higher end Prestige and the Alu-O too)

Good chance the date may be on them 98 ish for reverse ones?
Check the catalogues (all in the Archive&Gallery)
