Can you get a 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" quill stem shim?

Hey guys, a new project is looming and I am hoping to fit an ATAC quill stem but the bike/forks uses a 1 1/4" steerer whereas the stem I have is 1 1/8".

Anyone know of or able to produce a shim to do make this work?

I was thinking that but can't work out what size I need exactly. The ATAC stem has 25.2 stamped on the wedge, presuming it's a 25.4 (1 1/8" stem)will I need a 25.4- 28.6 shim?

If you can wait a few weeks, I have plenty of 1 1/8 x 0.058" aluminium tubing...I'll cut and slice a short section for you. 28.6 external, 25.4 internal.
