I did.I am trying to get the serial number,might help.
This is roller cams on frt and rear.Is it fillet brazed on head tube?

I'm pretty sure it's not a Phoenix but something earlier. The Phoenix came out in '93 and had oversized tubes (especially the seat-tube) and a more modern (compact) geometry.
Could still be a great bike (if it's a WTB frame).
