Can someone identify this Ti BB please

It is fitted to one of my frames and I need to get it out as its quite stiff but none of my bb tools match....any ideas?! many thanks

Thanks tho pretty sure it doesn't have an internal shell....just an axle as you can insert a very long screw through the cable guide holeunderneath the bb shell...mmm
