Rotec hardtail

I have been trying to find info on what this bike looked like when it was raced. I was told by Sully that it was Eric Carters ride in '97 but I can find no info on it. I was also told it may have been in the White Brothers catalog in '96. I would like to build it to race spec. Any help would be appreciated.

More like a rebadged GT

There was Rotec HT but it was a boomtube bike with a back end welded on instead of a swingarm

The one in the catalog was just there for the White Brothers fork.
There was speculation that it was a GT but is is not.

Sure it was A yellow one I remember ! although the black looks amazing that I saw in an early issue of GRIP mag (UK dirt mag clone which only ran about 4 issues...)

The UK and Australia are a wealth of information on Rotec. It is tough to find anything on them here in the US.
I would love to find those GRIP magazines.
