Great idea. Would love to see Dave Hemming race a SAB and the rest on period bikes too.

Looks like Will Longden will be riding a 95 era bike and Peaty and Warner will get hammered the night before so should be period correct.

:LOL: Just one of the reasons I prefer Mtb over road riding :)

:LOL: I have pretty much exactly the same photo.

I ended up spending quite a bit of time chatting to the spesh guys regarding the quirks of JMC's bikes, I have a couple of close ups that I can post later, My favourite is the soldered spokes for a stronger wheel..........

Despite the weather it was a great day and to see all those old faces again, bought back some great memories from bitd :cool: Chatting to Rob he suggested he may try and make it an annual gathering or maybe he was just feeling all nostalgic and it'll be another decade :LOL:
