Sure some of us are following this incredible guy already, but in case you're not, I seriously recommend taking a quick look and I'd also really appreciate a little help... it'll only take twenty seconds and no money required! 
This crazy animal is currently on track to smash the record for cycling the length of Europe, North to South:

So what I'm asking is for you to click the link above and post this (copy&paste or whatever variation you prefer) on his wall:
"Lee Fancourt, you're a machine and you inspire me!"
It's been bloody rough (think 16hours per day riding with open, infected wounds from the saddle and endless mechanicals) but miraculously he's still ahead of schedule - with zero back up or support, carrying all of his own gear and mostly just sleeping rough.
Hard doesn't even come close, so I just want to give him a mental lift to get through the next week, and I know being seen as a positive role model matters to him, hence the inspiration line.
