Thought I'd revive this thread as i was contemplating the rarity of my 'Cully's DH Beast Brake' hubs - which features a dual disc front hub. I only have the hubs and discs, not the brake set up though and have never seen a full set before.

Rare?

Sure these parts weren't that rare originally but they are pretty hard to find now for sensible money. Got a thing about early IRD like a few others. 3 first gen IRD posts, two sets of IRD Switchbacks and a Macaroni stem with noodle. All keepers.

As always you cant help noticing that certain members have these in bulk and more besides :lol:

Im running a fairly rare mavic starfish triple in near factory condition bolted to a campy record or bb chained to a nice mavic off road rear mech ...a fairly rare combo .....oh and my bike has 3 wheels...beat that un......mawahahahahahah
