I've done this a couple of times. If you take it to the post office Parcelforce will charge you £50-60 I think, but this was posted in a cut down bike box so quite a big package. Might be less if you could make it a smaller package. However you can find places online like senditnow and parcelsplease that will be more like £15, but not all of them will send bike frames. I'd measure up the package and check prices online, it does vary on the volume and weight of the package.
