I have been offered a mint Orange C16 in a small size. Bit of a find hung in a relatives garage for over 12 years now, even the tyres are as new.

Don't know much about this model, but seems pretty light, despite some lower rent kit. Any views on this as a project?

Good frame, Orange always spent money on the frame and not the components. The base (stx) model C16 was priced up against bikes wearing LX kit. They also offered groupset options so often a Clockwork would be built as a XT and a P7 built as an STX bike depending on what the buyer watned for their money.

C16 commemorated the 16th revision to the Clockwork frame IIRC.
