I've calculated the spoke lengths I need for a set of wheels using the Edd online calculator as:

Front: 267.9mm

Rear: NDS: 264.3mm
DS: 263.2mm

Now, when ordering spokes, do I round to the nearest mm, so 268, 264 & 263 ??? :?

Nearest mm is best, but oftentimes only even lengths are available, so you'd have to use 264 in lieu of 263

Also very true. Although in this case, having 264 on both sides of the rear wheel might make it trickier to set out.

You can mix spoke manufacturers if you want eg DT Swiss and Sapim in the same wheel. ACI Alpina seem to do almost every length. I get mine from cyclebasket.com

You can also use longer or shorter nipples to replicate the correct spoke length.

Re:

Thanks again chaps.

CRC had DT Competition in the 268mm in sets of 18 for the front and SJS (a bit more expensive) have sets of 6 in 263mm & 264mm for the rear.

For future reference they have the full range of DT Competition in 1mm increments.
