I wonder if anyone can help. I'm in the process of building upa 98 GT Zaskar and I'm fitting some Rockshox Recon (2012) withpost mount. I want to fit a Hope 5 caliper, does anyone know what adapter I would need and what size disc and indeed if anyone has one or the other...

Re: Re: Very sorry, I'm not exactly up on disc brake technology. I'm after a front brake set to fit to a Rockshox Recon fork with a retro Hope wheel, quite like the look of a c2 lever with the Hope 5 caliper. I'm willing to learn. :wink:

If anyone would be interested in a Giant Cadex (first of the mass-produced carbon frames) then I have one @22.5" which I can dig out of the shed and post pics....Same model and colour scheme as pictured but I've put carbon forks on mine, can't remember why but I'm sure it'll come to me one day...
