This is my Wife's Marin Muirwoods, upgraded to full Shimano XT (minus the front mech which I need to get around to sourcing) including the BB and Hubs. I was going to use the XT seat post we have but it's bait scratched up. Overall this is in remarkable condition for its age.

I’ve had three of the BE frames and an Alan Carbonio which I imported from Italy. They were all very much identical.

Usually the front weld is far more square that's what made me question it. I almost dreaded starting another "Is it?" thread.

I'm no expert but I've not seen a weld on the front of a Zaskar like that, maybe early 95 model? Either way it's a nice bike...
