I'm after a Kona seat post clamp for '95 frame; seat post is 27.0 cheers

I'd thought all old Konas had a seat size of 27.0; but I've taken a 27.0 (out of my 95 Kilauea) and put it into a 98 hei hei size 19". There seems to be a bit more room in the hei hei. I don't want to put a 27.2 into this frame if it is the wrong size. Any advise from anybody.

These are advertised as "terrain sensitive, inertia valve activated, fully automatic lockout". I've never liked anything "auotmatic" rather than a manual look out. Automatic to me means that you are relying on the equipment not to be faulty!! Are these forks worth it? Is there a manual set...

Anybody help; I've seen a Kona label on some P2 forks that reads "Investment cast dropouts". What is this? the stem is stamoed 766 ETV The stem is also stamped CM/SB but the Kona packaging reads Triple-Butted. What am I looking at?
