i have some sora 9x3 speed shifters working a 9x2 drivetrain,they change onto the large chainring fine but coming down the botton on the brifters is very stiff is this because the cable is too tight

front is fine 20 hole bladed spokes rear the spokes have pulled through rim,all bearings are fine on superlight hubs and shimano 9-10 speed freehub is good too £20

i have a freehub like this but it has 1 spring missing and doesnt have a seal at all,what i need to know is where id get a spring from and should it have the seal

anyone got a long mounting bolt as the one i have on some 2nd hand tiagra brakes is too short plz

help i have got some tiagra calipers fitted to my vitus road bike with new clarks cartridges i had to file the hole on the calipers so the mounting tab on the cartridge would fit through now the brake block just touches the tyre,will i be ok just to dremmel out the bottom of the caliper mounting...
