I've just bought the black Shimano 105 11 speed rim braked groupset from Wiggle (£299on offer) it's to upgrade my 2009 Trek 1.7. I've had these on an old bike for years, I know they aren't widely loved but I've found them to be perfectly acceptable for a winter bike, I retired the bike a couple of years ago and decided to fit the shifters to a Raleigh Pioneer that I'm making into a 'new' winter bike...however the hoods...

    Turbo trainer computer recommendations

I'm looking for a bike computer that will run from the rear wheel of my old JF Wilson Road bike whilst on my Tacx turbo trainer. If wired it'll have to reach the rear wheel and I'd prefer if it had a watt/power function as well as basics... Any ideas?

    Trek 1.7 tyre replacement?

Has anyone fitted bigger than 23c tyres to a 2010 Trek 1.7, its a stiff frame and the tyres are getting ready so I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone and pop on some bigger tyres though clearance is tight.

    7 speed indexing problems???

I'm having issues getting into the largest sprocket(28t) on the rear whilst using the smallest front ring (triple). All the others are going in fine, it's a new cable, a new casette and chain. The rear derailleur is an old but virtually unused long cage Exage 500 LX. The shifters all work fine...

Wanted SAKAE SX non drive side crank arm needed.

Does anyone have a non drive side 170mm Sakae SX crank arm, obviously the threads will need to be good as will the tapers, the odd scuff is OK as I'll be polishing it all anyway. I've attached a pic to show what the markings are like, it is the non drive side that is needed.
