    Sorted Skewer Lever-end Bushes

It doesn't look like it interfaces with the rubber bush for the lever... But thank you for the effort.🖖 I did cave and get some off the one BEZOS but for bike bits, I always like the RB family first.

    Sorted Skewer Lever-end Bushes

Hey Jake, are they non-black? I have black ones which don't look quite right. I know I'm being picky! :D

    Sorted Skewer Lever-end Bushes

Mine are aren't Anodised and unfortunately rusted beyond the point where the juice is worth the squeeze. These are the bits I'm after, front and rear are bad, would prefer a coloured ano piece. Doesn't have to be blue. Don't need the whole skewer, just these bushes. If you don't ask etc... Ta

    1997 Specialized M2 S-Works KAWASAKI Green

Them wheels never rubbed! It went like a dream. The frame got an annoying click in it which I could never trace so it eventually went for karma here. DK pedals I miss, they went to the US. Someone here has the forks. *it is illegal to ride a bike on the road without two efficient braking...

Love that colour on a Spezzie frame, it was the basis of my old super-commuter.

Wanted Front Hydraulic Disk Brake (Caliper and Lever and Line)

First time I've ever needed to replace these, the ones I have are siezed and/or perished due to this bike being stored al fresco for some time. FWIW - It's for a 26" wheel and the fork has a mount hosting the existing caliper which I assume is a standard mount size? Anyone got these bits? Ta...

Can you believe this? https://www.brownstoner.com/brooklyn-life/ghost-bike-run-over-by-car-dumbo-jay-street-sands-street-matthew-brenner-crash-vision-zero/ This was the ghost bike for my friend Matt Brenner in NYC, who was killed by a woman in a Tiguan looking at an ipad on the passenger seat...

Anyone doing the Real Ale Wobble 2021?

Having done it on my Merida hardtail I would say it's deffo possible on a rigid bike, although I didn't do all the technical routes. I heard a lad did it on a rigid SS so 👏👏👏 to that chap. There are some steep climbs back to the trail if you do take the technical options. The town was very quiet...

Anyone doing the Real Ale Wobble 2021?

I'm doing it in a couple of weeks and half thinking about taking the white Bontrager. No suspension. Is that daft or is it more of a day of riding from pint to pint and it doesn't matter? (I hope it's the pints).

The *NOT BORING!* Hi-Fi faff chat and sales

Thanks for the reply. Scored a Mordaunt-Short Avant 905i centre for £20 yesterday, although it's of substantial dimension and perhaps warrants its own shelf now, whereas the outgoing Samsung was about the size of a date box and was happy on it's blu-tac feet atop the wall-mounted mancave telly...

Sold 🙏 GONE 🙏 Airgo Stratus 600 6-Berth Inflatable Tent

Used twice! Then found one of the inflatable beams has a tear in it. I tried to repair it last year using tape (the material of the beam is like a thicker plastic bag) but it still leaked a bit - however - I do think with enough time and patience and Gorilla tape, you could fix it. I am short...

    London 2 Brighton

Re: Rode this beast all the way years back. Hardest thing I've ever done, including running Marathons... Recumbent position means no body weight over the pedals, so the day after, I had the knees of a 200-year-old. Great day out, the bike was built by the engineers at Killingholme power...

    wanted nokia n97.

I think as it's not a 4G phone, its days are numbered - many networks are looking to close down their 3G infrastructure for good in the very near future.
