Unknown frame manufacturer. Repainted. Made of aluminium. Has Italian threaded BB, 1” headset, 29.2 seatpost, rear brake cable routing Inside toptube, 130mm rear hub.

It's lovely. Sure I've seen one before as the inner triangle is quite a tight downward angle (if that makes sense). Not fat enough for a Funk - looks a bit Ellison but it isn't.
 
Looking at it on a big screen now rather than a phone, and those cable guides are very distinctive (and massively industrial...)

Brave had a vey sloping front triangle section, but I think were steel - and no internal routing.

this is going to bug me now!!
