Love the bike, I'd think about a swap but my frame is the same size. I've got a '92 Orange Prestige 19" that I have made singlespeed (with a tensioner) however I'd like to do similar to you i.e. replace original rear dropouts and replaced with horizontal singlespeed ones. How did you sort this...
