It rides nice. Once I figure out the blasting cabinet, I am going to get this down to bare metal and see the serial # and tube set. EDIT: After getting info from chris, it should be a columbus tube set. Andy(framebuilder) liked to drill out dropouts and liked the wishbone seat stay.

This bike was made in the 90s for the ATOM track team. I have done a ton of research and I have already reached out to Chris Riley, and he said the frame wasnt his, but it was Andy Tomson. He is a different builder than @Featch . Featch is the ORBIT guy. Any info on this yould be amazing...
