I bought this Zinn stem from Raidan a while back, ended up not using it so releasing it back into the wild.

I'd say the condition is generally good. Surface rust only on quill. Where you can see it peeling is actually a bit of masking tape added prior to the paint job I think.
Structurally good. Missing the stem clamp bolts. Small nick to the cable guide. 125mm c-c
