I contacted him a while ago about this. If you tell him you are local and will pick it up you will get no other response. However if you ask him to ship it they will agree as long as you pay with zelle or money order. They will not take any form of payment where you have protection. However if you want to chance that it is only $350 so might be worth the risk. Just seems shady.
