Despite first glance it's actually a pretty nice condition frame with top notch parts, though the price is way too steep. 10 mins with a pedal spanner, and a 6mm hex to improve (read - bin and replace) the saddle and 'adjust' the stem, would fix things nicely.

I honestly can't understand the mindset of trying to sell a bike for $4.5k but not taking a very small amount of trouble to make it not look ridiculous... 🤔
 
I'm not sure if this is a "I've had this bike from new, I bought it with XYZ, I don't want to give up cycling so" or a "Dad had this nice bike, but it's hard to ride so". either way, each to their own, hope it sells.
