Wanted Wanted - Kona Explosiv 92 parts

For my 92 Explosiv rebuild. Need the top half of the Impact headset, as the bottom is fairly easy to get together. My lock ring has cracked and I need new top bearings too (what archaic size are they?)
Also after jockey wheels for the 92 XT rear mech (grey ceramic) and cantis.
