Voodoo Bokor 1998 restoration

I obtained a small Voodoo Bokor ( I think circa 1997-9:cool: which I'm restoring for my son. He's promptly outgrown it (and dwarfs me) . I'm still doing it though because I've enough bikes for me.

I've started to restore the frame with Spray bike (black matt paint) which works amazingly well. I'll post some pictures if anybody is interested. I'm looking for advice on fitting disk brakes as I've never used them before.

It will be a 3 x 9 groupset probably XT parts.

Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks, Stuart

Let's see some pictures. Did you prep much before?

What questions on brakes? It's external routing, should be a doddle. Might need an is to pm adaptor, but which one depends on frame fitting and brake choice. Personally if you arent really using this bike I'd go cable discs (BB7s) or cheap 400 series shimano (£30 quid an end or so)
