Joined Retrobike for some amateur questions on mid-ranged early MTB's but now for something completely different.
As an experiment I bought very cheap a Suisse Villiger Cabonga frameset with the alu seatpost stuck.
Followed the 14 possible mechanical options to get it going but got succes at the end with Caustic Soda (for the smoke alone it's been worth the experiment)
I can measure the diameter from inside (forget to measure it before it got all eaten) but I made the mistake a few times too often to mess around with 0,2 mm too thick.
Does anybody know the correct diameter (and or any other info on the brand)?
