Tommasini Comp 1989

Dirt Disciple
This is a 56cm Tommasini Comp frame that has likely been repainted sometime in it's life by a previous owner (relatively recently as the paint is mint). A "Prestige" decal is present on the top tube, but this is actually a "Comp" model. I presume the correct "Comp" decal was not available in the decal kits. Compared to other Tommasini frames the Comp features a simpler seat lug and seatstay caps than the Prestige and is a "more affordable" Columbus SL Tommasini frame. Although this Comp features the Air fork which came with the better Prestige and Super Prestige frames.

I was using this frame as my main road bike built up with modern 10-speed gear, but switched back to my Ti frame, and rebuilt this with a mix of 80s Campagnolo gear that I had left over from other projects.
