Nature works with Oakley to provide a view of contrast and texture that makes it all worth it up here on top of the world. Catch a chap on a Merlin. Chat. Ride. Exchange email addresses. See another Merlin ride past. 3 in one ride. XLM's like buses up here. Hot choc. Woods. Stopping to take pics here and there, get cold. Deep cold. Spend emergency pound on banana. Home. Rumbledethumps. Best ride of my life.

er....sort of can't use Fearless Mike again as we sort of forgot to pay him. Genuinely did forget, then tried, switch card declined. Said I'd post a cheque, forgot. Remembered, it got returned!

In the end I took cash round. Sort of feel I better not trouble them again.
