SR Suntour Raidon Air Valve Cap

Hi, I recently obtained a set of old SR Suntour Raidon air forks and the air valve cap is fairly stuck, there seems to be very little purchase on the cap (see photos) and I'd prefer not to damage the cap. I've doused it in WD40 Specialist Penetrant though no movement yet. I'd appreciate suggestions as to how I can get this off, preferably without damaging it, cheers.

Steve

give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it and shall move the earth.

or in less philosophical terms, got a hot glue gun?
take a fat stick, glue it to the cap, turn. once it moves, remove the stick (hairdryer to soften glue).

the cap is only plastic and I think it's held on the threads of the valve in the middle so shouldn't take much to crack free.
