No, they come in three sizes. Here's what Raging_Bulls told me:

It's their "small" size. You can tell because the support braces meet above where the seat tube diameter reduces.

Interesting that this SBike has the same dropouts as my 28" wheel version and also the same six holes drilled in the support braces, rather than the more common four. I wish I had space for this.
